How it Started
Santana Injury Law was formed to provide tailored representation to personal injury victims in a boutique law setting, so that clients get the attention and time they need and deserve.
That family feel is what makes our firm special and which our clients appreciate compared to most “volume” or advertising firms.
Mr. Santana realized the power imbalance between the large insurance companies and regular people who were carelessly injured through no fault of their own. He now uses his knowledge and skills to zealously advocate for injured victims against the very same institutions he used to defend. Since representing the injured, Mr. Santana has already secured several millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. Victories include multiple seven figure settlements due to his aggressive litigation style and willingness to see any of his cases through to verdict.
Relentless Advocacy from Years of Experience
Adam Santana was born and raised in Miami, Florida with strong ties to the South Florida and Cuban community. He attended the University of Florida where he graduated with honors before obtaining his Juris Doctor – with honors – from the Florida State University College of Law. Mr. Santana practices throughout the State of Florida as well as in the United States Middle and Southern District Courts.
His legal career began in public service as a Public Defender in Leon County, Florida. He then became an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office where he was as a courtroom training attorney and amongst the most active trial attorneys in his class, taking countless cases to verdict. This served as the foundation for Mr. Santana’s familiarity within the courtroom, which persists to this day.
